Refund Policy
THIS REFUND POLICY IS PART OF OUR TERMS OF SERVICE. You agree to it at checkout by checking "I agree to the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Refund Policy." (or the applicable consent checkbox for your purchase).
This Refund Policy covers all paid products and services sold on Wisdom Into Practice ("we," "us," or "our") by EntrepreNEW, Inc., a Florida S-Corporation. It applies to customers worldwide, including those in the United States, European Union, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, Brazil, Japan, South Korea, and all other jurisdictions, and is part of our Terms of Service. Where the Terms of Service and this Refund Policy differ on refund matters, this Refund Policy controls. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please review the refund terms for each product and service type below.
This Refund Policy, our Terms of Service, and our Privacy Policy are shared by the websites that EntrepreNEW, Inc. operates. A section that describes a particular product or service applies only where that product or service is offered and you buy it.
1. Free Guides
Free guides are provided at no cost. No purchase is required. No refund applies.
2. Community Membership
Monthly: Cancel anytime. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. You retain access until the paid period expires. No partial-period refunds. If you cancel on day 5 of a 30-day billing cycle, you retain access for the remaining 25 days. No refund is issued for the current month.
Annual: Cancel anytime. No refund for the remaining annual term. Access continues until the annual period expires.
Removal for violations: Members removed for violating Community Standards (see Terms of Service, Section 15) forfeit the remainder of their current billing period. No refund is issued.
Current monthly and annual pricing is displayed on the community page and at checkout. Pricing is subject to change; founding member rates are grandfathered.
3. Digital Products, Courses, and the Complete Bundle
All Digital Sales Are Final (Subject to Mandatory Law)
Because our digital products are delivered or made accessible immediately upon purchase and cannot be returned, ALL DIGITAL PRODUCT SALES ARE FINAL and non-refundable. No refunds, exchanges, or credits will be issued after purchase, except (i) where mandatory consumer protection law in your jurisdiction provides otherwise and cannot be excluded by agreement, and (ii) where the digital content is defective, materially not as described, or fails to conform to what was advertised, as described below. RUSS is not sold by Wisdom Into Practice; RUSS purchases follow Section 3A below and the damianmartinez.com Refund Policy, Section 3A.
Products Covered
This policy applies to all digital products sold through Wisdom Into Practice, including but not limited to:
- From Prompt to Product, a self-paced course (currently $37)
- Advanced AI Builder System, a self-paced course (currently $77)
- The Complete Bundle of both courses, with their learning materials (currently $97). The bundle does not include a call or private session
- Digital commentary edition bundles (ePUB and PDF), paid PDF guides, audio commentary tracks delivered by gated streaming, and video masterclass content delivered by gated streaming
- Ebooks, digital guides, training materials, templates, toolkits, frameworks, checklists, wallpaper packs, and any other downloadable or digitally delivered content
Technical Issues and Defective Delivery
If you experience a technical issue preventing access to your purchased content (for example a broken download link, corrupted file, course access problem, streaming access failure, or magic link authentication failure), contact us at support@mybiblekit.com. We will resolve the technical issue, redeliver the content, or provide a replacement. A technical issue that we resolve does not constitute grounds for a refund. If we cannot resolve the issue or restore access within a reasonable time, a full refund will be issued. A technical issue preventing access does not include: slow internet connection on your end, incompatible device or software, failure to check your email or spam folder for the delivery link, or expiration of a time-limited access link that was successfully delivered.
Download Access and Re-Delivery
Downloadable digital products delivered by email download link (including wallpaper packs, study guides, templates, and other downloadable resources) are delivered via email download link. Links are active for 72 hours and may be used up to 3 times. If your link has expired or you have exhausted your download attempts, contact us for re-delivery at no charge. We honor reasonable re-delivery requests. Re-delivery of a product you already purchased and received is not a refund; it is a replacement delivery of the same licensed content.
File Format and Compatibility
Digital products are provided in the format(s) listed on the product page. We do not guarantee compatibility with every device, operating system, screen resolution, or software application. If you experience a compatibility issue, contact us and we will assist with troubleshooting or provide an alternative format where available. Compatibility issues are not considered product defects and are not grounds for a refund, but we will make reasonable efforts to help you access your purchased content.
Product Versions
Purchases grant access to the version available at the time of purchase. Updated editions, expanded packs, and new versions are separate products. If we release a corrected version to fix an error in the original (such as a corrupted file or a material error), the correction will be provided to original purchasers at no charge.
Why No Refunds on Digital Products?
- Digital products are delivered immediately upon purchase and cannot be physically returned
- Download links, course access, and streaming access are granted instantly upon payment
- The intellectual property and value is transferred at the moment of delivery
- Access to content is granted immediately and, once viewed or downloaded, cannot be revoked retroactively
Usage Rights
Digital products are licensed for personal, non-commercial use unless otherwise stated; courses may also be applied in your own business as described in Terms of Service, Section 7B. You may not redistribute, resell, share, publicly display, or publish purchased content. Commercial use or redistribution requires a separate licensing agreement. Violation of usage rights will result in account termination, license revocation, and legal action where appropriate, without refund.
3A. RUSS Purchases on DamianMartinez.com
RUSS is sold on damianmartinez.com through its own Stripe checkout, not through Wisdom Into Practice. The RUSS section of the damianmartinez.com Refund Policy (Section 3A) governs RUSS purchases, subject to applicable law. In short: a RUSS purchase can be refunded in full within 14 days if none of its credits have been used; duplicate or mistaken charges, undelivered credits or access, and anything mandatory law requires are always handled; and your right to dispute a charge is never affected. Once any of its credits are used, that purchase is final, except as that section states and where the law requires. If RUSS Access is refunded or reversed, the RUSS account is paused and refill credits cannot be used until RUSS Access is bought again. EU and UK buyers keep their statutory right to withdraw.
For help with a RUSS charge, missing credits or a RUSS account, email support@damianmartinez.com. This section does not change refunds for anything sold on Wisdom Into Practice. If pages on this website describe RUSS prices, credits or credit costs, the price, credits and terms shown at checkout on damianmartinez.com govern that purchase.
3B. Bible Study Studio and MyBibleKit.com
Bible Study Studio is sold on wisdomintopractice.com/study/ and on MyBibleKit.com. Both are operated by EntrepreNEW, Inc. as part of Wisdom Into Practice and share one customer account, one order history and one credit balance. This section applies to Bible Study Studio purchases made on either website.
Study kits
A Deep Study Kit ($9.97) and a Leader's Study Kit ($19.97) are one-time purchases. Each kit is made for the passage, topic or word and the settings you chose, and is delivered as digital files. No refunds; we redo it or give you a credit. Because every kit is made just for you, all Bible Study Studio sales are final and we do not give refunds. If something is wrong with your study, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will redo your kit for free or, if needed, reissue a credit so you can make a new one. This applies to kits paid by card, at member prices, or with credits.
Membership
The Bible Study Studio Membership costs $29.97 per month and renews automatically every month until you cancel. After each successful monthly payment, 4 study credits are added to your account (1 credit makes 1 Deep Study Kit; 2 credits make 1 Leader's Study Kit). Active members may also buy extra credits at $7.97 each in packs of 1, 2 or 4, and may buy kits at member prices ($7.97 Deep Study Kit, $15.97 Leader's Study Kit).
The Bible Study Studio Annual Membership costs $299.97 per year and renews automatically every year until you cancel. After each successful yearly payment, all 48 study credits for the year are added to your account at once. If you cancel, your membership stays active until the end of the year you paid for, and the year's payment is not refunded, in full or in part. The same credit rules apply as for the monthly membership: credits never expire while you are a member, and unused credits expire 30 days after your membership ends.
Cancelling. You can cancel at any time in My Studies under Manage membership. Cancelling stops future monthly charges and future credits. Membership payments and credit purchases are not refundable.
Credits
- Credits never expire while your membership is active.
- When your membership ends, any unused credits expire 30 days after the date it ends. If you restart your membership within those 30 days, your credits are kept.
- A failed monthly payment adds no new credits; credits you already have are not affected.
- If a membership payment or a credit purchase is reversed or charged back by your bank, only the credits that payment added are removed, and only if they are still unused.
- Credits are non-transferable. They have no cash value, belong only to your account, and cannot be given, transferred, sold or exchanged for money.
- Studies you have already made stay in your account after your membership ends.
EU/UK customers
Each study kit is digital content that we start making as soon as you order it. Section 4 applies: where you give your express consent at checkout to immediate performance, the statutory withdrawal right ends once we begin making and delivering your study. Your conformity rights in Section 4 and our promise above to redo your kit or reissue a credit still apply. Where the law where you live gives you a right that cannot be waived, that right applies.
For help with a Bible Study Studio order, credits or membership, email support@mybiblekit.com (orders on MyBibleKit.com: support@mybiblekit.com).
4. EU/UK Digital Content Right of Withdrawal
For consumers in the European Union and United Kingdom: You have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from online purchases under the Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU (Article 16(m)) and the UK Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 (Regulation 37), subject to the exceptions those laws allow.
Where the checkout for your purchase asks for it, you will be asked to:
- Expressly request that we begin delivering or providing access to your digital content immediately, before the 14-day withdrawal period expires; and
- Expressly acknowledge that once delivery or streaming access begins, you lose your right of withdrawal/cancellation.
Where you have provided this express consent and acknowledgment via the checkout checkbox, and delivery or streaming has begun, no refund is available under the statutory withdrawal right. We confirm your consent and acknowledgment on a durable medium (order confirmation email) in accordance with Article 8(7) of the Consumer Rights Directive.
Where you have not provided this consent, you retain your full 14-day statutory withdrawal right. To exercise your withdrawal right where applicable, contact us within 14 days of purchase.
This waiver does not affect your rights where the digital content is faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose. Under the EU Digital Content Directive (EU) 2019/770 and the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, you retain the right to a remedy (repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund) where the digital content does not conform to the contract. These conformity rights cannot be waived.
5. Australian Consumer Guarantees
For consumers in Australia: Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 to the Competition and Consumer Act 2010). You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the product repaired or replaced if it fails to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Nothing in this Refund Policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee under the Australian Consumer Law. Our "all digital sales are final" policy applies only to change-of-mind purchases and does not override the consumer guarantees for defective, not-as-described, or unfit-for-purpose products.
6. Brazilian Consumer Rights
For consumers in Brazil: Under Article 49 of the Consumer Defense Code (Codigo de Defesa do Consumidor, Lei 8.078/1990), consumers who purchase products or services outside a physical commercial establishment (including purchases made over the internet) have the right to cancel the purchase within 7 days of the transaction date or receipt of the product (direito de arrependimento) for any reason, with a full and immediate refund including any transaction costs. To exercise this right, contact us within 7 days of your purchase.
7. Japanese Consumer Rights
For consumers in Japan: In accordance with the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions (Tokutei Shogyo Torihiki Ho), we disclose that our digital products are delivered immediately and are non-refundable after delivery, except where the product is defective or not as described. This disclosure is provided prior to purchase at checkout and on this page. There is no statutory cooling-off period for mail-order and online sales under the SCTL where this policy is clearly disclosed prior to purchase.
8. South Korean Consumer Rights
For consumers in South Korea: Under the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce (E-Commerce Act), consumers have a 7-day right to withdraw from online purchases. However, this right may be restricted where the provision of digital content has commenced (i.e., downloading has begun or streaming access has been granted). At checkout, you are notified that your withdrawal right will be restricted once digital content delivery or access begins. Where you have been notified and access has commenced, the withdrawal right does not apply. Where access has not commenced, you may exercise your withdrawal right within 7 days of purchase by contacting us.
9. Canadian Consumer Rights
For consumers in Canada (including Quebec): Our refund terms for digital products comply with applicable Canadian provincial consumer protection legislation, including the Quebec Consumer Protection Act (Loi sur la protection du consommateur). Where provincial distance-contract rules provide cancellation rights due to the failure to provide mandatory pre-contract disclosures or the failure to perform delivery obligations, those rights apply. We provide all required pre-contract disclosures at checkout and on this page. There is no general federal or provincial change-of-mind cooling-off right for immediately delivered digital products in Canada where required disclosures have been made.
10. Your Mandatory Rights and All Other Jurisdictions
Nothing in this Refund Policy limits any non-excludable rights you have under mandatory consumer protection laws of your jurisdiction that cannot be lawfully excluded or waived by agreement. Where such laws provide refund, return, cooling-off, or regret rights beyond what is stated in this policy, those mandatory rights apply. If you believe you are entitled to a remedy under the mandatory consumer law of your jurisdiction, contact us with the specific legal basis for your claim and we will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law. Everywhere, you keep your right to dispute a charge you did not authorize.
11. Coaching, Consulting, and Intensives
For Make Your Next Moves, Section 11A applies and controls where it differs from this Section 11.
Retired Consulting Calls
The 45-Minute Strategy Call, the 1 Hour Consulting Call, and the 30-Minute Consulting Call were retired on October 15, 2026 and are no longer sold. A call purchased before that date remains governed by the terms in effect when it was purchased (Terms of Service, Section 9): the purchase is final, the session may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours' notice, and a session not scheduled within 90 days of purchase expires. Your rights under Section 10 always apply.
3-Day Intensive
Before start: Cancel at least 48 hours before the first scheduled session for a full refund.
After start: No refund after the first session begins. You may reschedule remaining sessions within 30 days.
Coaching and Consulting Sessions
Before start: Except for the retired calls above, cancel at least 48 hours before the scheduled session for a full refund of that session.
After start: No refund for completed sessions. Missed sessions without 48-hour notice are forfeited.
Coaching credit: Coaching fees may be credited toward the 30-Day Cohort at our discretion.
Rescheduling vs. Refund
If you need to change your session time, you may reschedule with 48+ hours' notice at no penalty. However, rescheduling is not the same as a refund. You are rescheduling the session you already purchased, not requesting your money back. Purchased sessions that are not scheduled within 90 days of purchase expire without refund. For Make Your Next Moves, the 60-day rule in Section 11A applies instead.
We reserve the right to reschedule sessions due to emergencies or unavoidable conflicts, in which case a replacement time will be offered.
Session Terms
Consulting and coaching sessions are educational in nature and do not constitute professional advice of any kind (see Terms of Service, Section 2). Recording of sessions is prohibited without prior written consent from both parties. For Make Your Next Moves, that written consent is given in the signed coaching agreement, and every session is recorded and transcribed (see Section 11A). Session content is confidential and may not be redistributed or published. We reserve the right to refuse or terminate a session if the participant is abusive, disruptive, or violates the Terms of Service.
EU/UK Consumers: Services Withdrawal
Coaching and consulting are services under Article 16(a) of Directive 2011/83/EU. At checkout, you will be asked to request that services begin during the 14-day withdrawal period and to acknowledge that if the service is fully performed, you lose your right of withdrawal. If you withdraw before the service is fully performed, you may be charged for the proportionate value of services already provided.
11A. Make Your Next Moves
Make Your Next Moves is a private, one-on-one 30-day coaching engagement with Damian Martinez that includes four sessions by live video (currently $2,997). Current pricing is displayed on the offer page and at checkout. Recording and transcription of every session, and signing our coaching agreement before your first session, are required parts of the service and are stated before purchase (see Terms of Service, Section 9A).
Canceling Before Your First Session
You may cancel Make Your Next Moves for a full refund at any time before your first session begins. To cancel, email support@mybiblekit.com with your name and the email address you used at purchase. Once your first session has begun, the purchase is final as described below. Your rights under Section 10 always apply.
After Your First Session Begins
Once your first session has begun, the purchase is final. No refund is issued for completed sessions or for sessions that expire under the 60-day rule below. This does not limit any mandatory statutory rights you have that cannot be waived by agreement (see Section 10 and, for EU/UK consumers, the services withdrawal terms in Section 11).
Timing, Scheduling, and Expiration
- You book your first session after you sign the coaching agreement. Sessions 2, 3, and 4 are each booked together at the end of the session before.
- The 30-day engagement starts when your first session begins, which is usually within a week of purchase. All four sessions must be used within 60 days of purchase. You may reschedule within that 60-day window. Any session not used by the end of the 60 days expires without refund.
- You may reschedule a session with at least 48 hours' notice before the scheduled time. Sessions canceled with less than 48 hours' notice, or no-shows, are forfeited without refund or reschedule. The per-session refund rule and the 90-day scheduling rule in Section 11 do not apply to Make Your Next Moves.
- We reserve the right to reschedule sessions due to emergencies or unavoidable conflicts, in which case a replacement time will be offered, and to refuse or terminate a session if the participant is abusive, disruptive, or violates the Terms of Service.
Rescheduling vs. Refund
If you need to change your session time, you may reschedule with 48+ hours' notice at no penalty. However, rescheduling is not the same as a refund. You are rescheduling the session you already purchased, not requesting your money back.
Recording and Transcription
Every Make Your Next Moves session is recorded and transcribed as a required part of the coaching. If you do not want your sessions recorded and transcribed, please do not purchase Make Your Next Moves. See Terms of Service, Section 9A and Privacy Policy, Section 5A.
11B. Custom Projects
Refund terms for a custom project are set in the written scope agreed for that project before work starts (see Terms of Service, Section 9B). Your rights under Section 10 always apply.
12. 30-Day Cohort
The 30-Day Cohort is offered when list size and demand warrant it, not on a fixed calendar. Current pricing is displayed at enrollment.
Before start: Full refund if canceled at least 7 days before the cohort start date.
After start: Non-refundable once the program begins. No exceptions.
Emergency transfer: If a genuine emergency prevents participation (documented medical, family, or legal emergency), you may transfer to the next available cohort. One transfer per enrollment. No cash refund alternative.
Coaching credits: Prior coaching payments may be applied toward cohort enrollment at our discretion. Credits are non-refundable once applied.
13. Books (Amazon KDP)
Printed commentary editions, Kindle editions, and application journals sold through Amazon are subject to Amazon's return and refund policies. We do not process returns, exchanges, or refunds for Amazon purchases. Contact Amazon customer service for any book return or refund.
14. Shipping, Delivery Times, and Physical Product Returns
Sections 14 through 14C apply to physical products ordered from our shop.
Shipping
Shipping. Every item is made for your order, so nothing ships from a shelf.
How long it takes. Black Mugs, Coasters, Garden Flags, Glass Cutting Boards, Golf Towels, Greeting Cards, MagSafe Phone Cases and Scented Candles usually arrive in 4 to 12 business days. Everything else usually arrives in 6 to 15 business days. Both windows cover making your piece and shipping it. The product page and checkout show the dates for what is actually in your order. Delivery can take from 10 to 30 business days in some cases; allow 30 business days before an order is considered lost.
What it costs. Shipping is free to every address in the 48 states and the District of Columbia. Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, US territories, or APO/FPO addresses pay a flat $4.99 shipping charge per order, and that charge is waived when the merchandise subtotal, after any multi-buy discount and before tax, is $75.00 or more. For orders shipped outside the United States, shipping is calculated at checkout from the carrier rate for your destination and shown before you pay. Some products ship only to certain countries; checkout only offers destinations your items can be delivered to. Shipping charges do not include import duties, taxes, VAT, or customs fees. See Section 14B.
Two parcels. Some orders arrive in two shipments, because different pieces are made in different workshops. Each has its own tracking and arrives as soon as it is ready. You are never charged twice.
Tracking. You get a tracking link by email the moment each parcel ships. Tracking can take a day to start updating.
International. Orders shipped outside the United States may be charged import duties, customs fees, taxes, or VAT by the destination country. These are not included in our prices or shipping charges and are paid by the recipient. See Section 14B before ordering.
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
Damaged, defective, or wrong items. If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or not as described, email support@mybiblekit.com within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and your order number. We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund, your choice. You do not need to return anything.
Lost Packages
Lost packages. If tracking shows no delivery within 30 days of the estimated delivery date, contact us and we will replace the order or refund it.
This lost-package promise does not apply to a parcel that tracking shows was delivered to the address you entered, a parcel held by customs or the carrier until import charges are paid, a parcel refused or not collected, or a parcel returned because the address was incorrect or incomplete. Those situations are covered by Sections 14B and 14C.
Returns and Exchanges
Returns and exchanges. Because every item is printed to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or size selection. Please check dimensions before ordering; all sizes are listed in inches.
Digital Products in the Shop
Digital products. Wallpaper packs and ebooks are delivered instantly and are not refundable once downloaded. If a file will not open or download, contact us and we will fix it (see Section 3).
14A. Personalized and Custom-Made Products
What This Section Covers
Personalized items. A personalized item is one we make from content you supply, including your photographs and your wording. Because each is produced only for you and cannot be restocked or resold, personalized items are final sale and all personalized item sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once production has begun. Where this section differs from any other section of this policy, this section controls for personalized and custom-made products.
Your Content and Your Rights
You are responsible for the content you upload. Before adding a personalized item to your cart you confirm that you own the image or have permission to use it, and you agree to indemnify Wisdom Into Practice and EntrepreNEW, Inc. against any claim arising from the content you supply. We may decline to produce a personalized order containing content that is unlawful, infringing, hateful, sexually explicit, or that depicts a person who has not consented. If we decline, we refund in full and do not produce the item.
The Approved Preview Is the Reference
The preview defines what you ordered. Before you buy, we show you a full-size preview composed from the exact photograph, wording, and layout you chose. That approved preview is the reference for what "as described" means for a personalized item. If the item you receive matches the preview you approved, it is as described.
Quality of What You Supply
We print your photograph and your wording as submitted. We do not retouch, sharpen, color-correct, or edit your image, and we do not correct spelling or wording. It is your responsibility to review the preview before purchase. The following are not defects and are not eligible for replacement or refund:
- photographs that are blurry, soft, grainy, pixelated, poorly lit, or low resolution
- photographs that are damaged, scratched, faded, or scanned poorly
- the wrong photograph, or a photograph cropped differently than intended
- spelling, grammar, punctuation, or wording errors in text you entered
- color differences between your screen and the printed product, which vary by display, and normal variation inherent to printing
- a size or orientation chosen in error
Low-resolution acknowledgment. Where our system warned you before purchase that an image was below our recommended resolution and you chose to continue, that acknowledgment is recorded with your order and the resulting print quality is not a defect.
What Is Always Covered
Our make-it-right guarantee applies in full to our own errors. If a personalized item arrives with a manufacturing or printing defect, is damaged in transit, does not match the approved preview, or is the wrong item, email support@mybiblekit.com within 30 days of delivery with a photograph and your order number. We will replace it free or refund it in full, your choice. You do not need to return anything.
Apparel and Wearable Items
Sizing. Garments are made to order in standard US sizing unless the product page states another fit. Because each piece is printed for you individually we cannot exchange a garment for a different size, and a size chosen in error is not a defect. Full measurements and fit notes are shown on every garment before purchase.
Garment color. White garments are a natural off-white rather than an optical bright white, and garment-dyed items are intentionally uneven in tone. Both are properties of the fabric, are disclosed on the product page, and are not defects.
Print placement. Each garment is printed individually by hand, so the position of the design may vary very slightly between pieces. Minor placement variation is normal for made-to-order printing and is not a defect. A print that is materially misplaced, incomplete, or does not match the approved preview is covered by the guarantee above.
EU and UK Consumers
Personalized goods are exempt from the right of withdrawal. Under Article 16(c) of the Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU and Regulation 28(1)(b) of the UK Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, the statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized. Nothing in this section limits any non-excludable right you have under the mandatory consumer protection law of your jurisdiction, including your rights where goods are faulty or not as described.
14B. International Orders: Import Charges and Refused Parcels
Who Pays Import Charges
When an order ships to an address outside the United States, you, as the recipient, are the importer of the goods. Your country may charge import duties, customs fees, brokerage or clearance fees, value-added tax (VAT), goods and services tax (GST), or other taxes when the parcel arrives. These charges are set by the destination country, are not included in the price of your items or in the shipping charge you pay us, and are collected from you by the carrier or customs authority, usually before delivery. We cannot calculate, estimate, prepay, or refund them.
You Agree to These Terms at Checkout
By placing an order for delivery outside the United States, you confirm that you have read this section, that you understand import charges may apply, and that paying them is your responsibility. This notice is shown on the shop, in the cart, and at checkout before you pay.
Refused, Unclaimed, or Abandoned Parcels
Every item is made to order for you. If a parcel is refused, not collected from the carrier or post office, or abandoned at customs, including because import charges were not paid, no refund, partial refund, or replacement will be issued for the items or the shipping. A parcel in that situation may be returned, held, or destroyed by the carrier or customs authority, and any return or storage fees charged to us may be passed on to you. If a returned parcel reaches us and you ask for it to be sent again, the new shipping charge is yours to pay.
Customs Delays and Inspections
Customs processing can add days or weeks to delivery. Delays caused by customs inspection, customs holds, or the time taken to pay import charges are outside our control and are not grounds for a refund, cancellation, or a lost-package claim.
Destination Restrictions
Some products cannot be shipped to some countries. Checkout only offers destinations your items can be delivered to. You are responsible for making sure the items you order may lawfully be imported into your country. If customs refuses or seizes a parcel because of an import restriction in your country, no refund or replacement will be issued.
Currency and Card Fees
All prices are charged in United States Dollars (USD). Currency conversion charges, foreign transaction fees, and international card fees are set by your bank or card issuer, are not charged by us, and are not refundable by us.
Your Statutory Rights
Nothing in this section limits any right you have under mandatory consumer law in your country, including rights for items that arrive damaged, defective, or not as described.
14C. Delivery Addresses and Delivered Parcels
Check Your Address
We ship to the address you enter at checkout. Please check it carefully, including the apartment or unit number, postal code, and country. If a parcel is undeliverable or returned because the address was incorrect or incomplete, no refund or replacement will be issued; if the parcel comes back to us, we can send it again once you pay the new shipping charge. If you need to correct an address, contact us immediately; once your order has been sent to production, changes may not be possible.
Parcels Marked as Delivered
A parcel that carrier tracking shows as delivered to the address you entered is treated as delivered. If you cannot find it, check with neighbors, building staff, and your local post office, and contact us: we will share the tracking and delivery details and help you open a claim with the carrier. We are not able to refund or replace a parcel the carrier confirms was delivered to the address provided.
15. Dispute Resolution
Contact us first. If you have any dispute or concern about a purchase or charge, contact us at support@mybiblekit.com or through the Contact page. We acknowledge disputes within 2 business days and provide resolution within 10 business days. Please provide your name, the email address used at purchase, the specific charge(s), the reason for the dispute, and any relevant documentation or screenshots. Most issues can be resolved quickly through direct communication.
16. Chargebacks
Contact Us Before Filing
We strongly encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card company. Most disputes resolve faster through direct communication. We ask that you allow a minimum of 10 business days for resolution before filing any dispute with your financial institution.
Chargeback Response
If a dispute is filed with your bank or card issuer, we may provide your bank and Stripe with the records we hold about the purchase. If a chargeback is filed without first contacting us, we will respond to your financial institution with all relevant documentation, where it applies to your purchase, including:
- Purchase confirmation and payment authorization records (Stripe), including AVS and CVV verification results
- The exact text and version of your checkout consent and refund policy acknowledgment (the text of the checkout box you checked and the versions of the policies it names), with the timestamp and IP address at which it was provided
- Device and browser information (user agent, device fingerprint) captured at the time of purchase
- Course account and access records
- Product delivery records, including download link issuance and activation timestamps with IP addresses
- Streaming access records, including magic link issuance, token activation timestamps, session cookie grants, and streaming access event logs from Bunny.net
- Email delivery confirmations from our email provider confirming successful delivery to your inbox
- Community access logs and engagement records (Skool)

Charges Outside Our Control Are Not Grounds for a Dispute
You agree not to dispute a charge, and we will contest any dispute filed, where the reason is: import duties, customs fees, taxes, VAT, or brokerage fees charged by your country or carrier; currency conversion or foreign transaction fees charged by your bank; a parcel refused, not collected, or abandoned; a parcel returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address you entered; delivery delays caused by customs; or a parcel that carrier tracking shows was delivered to the address you entered. This does not limit your right to dispute a charge you did not authorize, or an item that arrived damaged, defective, or not as described after you contacted us under Section 14.
Consequences
Filing a chargeback for a transaction you authorized and received, without first contacting us, may result in: account suspension; immediate revocation of all licenses and access to purchased digital content (including courses and gated streaming pages); removal from the community; cancellation of scheduled coaching or consulting sessions; removal from cohort programs; and refusal of future service. If we incur fees, penalties, or administrative costs from a chargeback resolved in our favor or filed without prior contact, you agree to reimburse those costs. This clause does not limit your mandatory statutory rights or your right to dispute genuinely unauthorized or defective transactions.
17. Proof of Delivery
We maintain comprehensive records of delivery and access for all products and services, which we may use to evaluate refund requests and to respond to payment disputes. These records include, where they apply:
- Email-delivered downloads (R2 presigned URLs): Email delivery receipt confirming successful delivery; presigned URL generation timestamp; one-time-use link activation timestamp and IP address; link expiration/consumption confirmation
- Gated streaming content (magic link authentication): Magic link email delivery confirmation; token issuance timestamp; token activation (click) timestamp and IP address; session cookie grant timestamp; Bunny.net streaming access event logs (stream start, duration, bytes transferred)
- Courses: Course account and access records
- Coaching and consulting sessions: Booking confirmation; calendar event; video platform join/leave timestamps and participant attendance log where the platform provides them; session duration
- Community membership (Skool): Account provisioning timestamp; login and activity logs; engagement records
- Make Your Next Moves: Checkout agreement record; signed coaching agreement and its signing record; booking confirmations and calendar events; the dates sessions were held
- Physical products (made to order and shipped): Order record and shipping address entered at checkout; fulfillment partner production and shipment records; carrier tracking number, tracking history, and delivery scan; customs, refusal, non-collection, and return events reported by the carrier; shipping and tracking email delivery receipts
This evidence is retained for a minimum of 24 months to cover standard chargeback filing windows and for 7 years for financial and tax compliance records.
18. License Revocation on Refund
If we issue a refund for any digital product, the license granted to you for that product terminates immediately. You must cease all use of the refunded content and delete all copies in your possession. Access to courses, gated streaming pages, download links, and any associated content will be revoked. Magic link authentication tokens will be invalidated. This revocation is automatic and does not require separate notice. This section does not apply to RUSS; see Section 3A.
19. Statement Descriptor
Charges appear as "ENTREPRENEW INC" or "WISDOMINTOPRACTICE" on your bank or credit card statement. If you do not recognize a charge, contact us at support@mybiblekit.com before disputing the charge with your bank. This does not limit your mandatory statutory rights or your right to dispute a charge you did not authorize.
20. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method via Stripe within 10 business days of approval. Depending on your bank or card issuer, refunds may take an additional 5 to 10 business days to appear on your bank or credit card statement. Confirmation of the refund is sent via email to the address used at purchase.
21. Changes to This Policy
We may modify this policy at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the website or email. Changes apply to purchases made after the modification date. Existing purchases are governed by the Refund Policy in effect at the time of purchase.
