Terms of Service
BY ACCESSING OR USING OUR SERVICES, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not access or use our Services.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Wisdom Into Practice ("we," "us," or "our"), operated by EntrepreNEW, Inc., a Florida S-Corporation, which sells the products and services offered on this website. Coaching is provided by Damian Martinez. By accessing or using the website (wisdomintopractice.com), free guides, quizzes, email communications, community membership, courses, digital products, physical products, coaching services, consulting services, custom projects, or any related services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. These Terms apply to users worldwide, including those in the United States, European Union, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, Brazil, Japan, South Korea, and all other jurisdictions.
These Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund Policy are shared by the websites that EntrepreNEW, Inc. operates. A section that describes a particular product or service applies only where that product or service is offered and you buy or use it. The product page and checkout show what you are buying.

4. Accounts
Certain Services require an account, either on our website (for example, to access courses) or on a third-party platform (such as Skool for community membership). When you create or use an account:
- You must provide accurate and complete information during registration or checkout
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials
- You accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or use of your account
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
For digital products delivered through our download and streaming system, we use a passwordless magic link authentication system. You access purchased content by entering the email address used at purchase, which is verified against Stripe purchase records. A single-use authentication link is sent to your email. This link expires after a limited time, and session access is time-limited. You are responsible for maintaining access to the email address used at purchase.
5. Free Guides, Quizzes, and Email Communications
Guides: Free written guides are published on the website, and free guides can be requested by email. Where a weekly guide digest is offered, it is delivered every Monday. New subscribers receive immediate delivery of the guide they signed up for. Guides are complete and genuinely valuable on their own. No content is withheld to force upgrades.
Email: By providing your email address, you consent to receive the guide or quiz result you requested, the emails described where you sign up (such as guide digests or a short follow-up series), transactional emails (purchase confirmations, delivery notifications, membership updates, booking emails), and occasional announcements. You may unsubscribe at any time via the link in any email. Agreeing to these Terms at checkout is not a request to receive marketing email. We comply with the CAN-SPAM Act (United States), the Canadian Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL), the EU ePrivacy Directive, and all other applicable electronic messaging laws. For Canadian subscribers, your purchase or inquiry establishes a business relationship; you may receive commercial electronic messages for the duration permitted by CASL and may unsubscribe at any time.
License: Free guides are provided for personal, non-commercial use. You may share links to guide pages. You may not redistribute, resell, or republish guide content in any form without written permission.
6. Community Membership (Skool)
Access: The paid community is hosted on Skool. Monthly and annual pricing is displayed at the current rate on the community page and at checkout. Founding rates are grandfathered for existing members; new member pricing is subject to increase. No free tier. No trial period. Membership includes extended video breakdowns, discussion access, and community resources.
Cancellation (Monthly): Cancel anytime. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds for partial months. Access continues until the paid period expires.
Cancellation (Annual): Cancel anytime. No refund for the remaining term. Access continues until the annual period expires.
Affiliate Program: Members may earn commission on referrals through Skool's built-in affiliate program. Commission terms are governed by Skool's platform policies, not by us.
Conduct: Members must follow the Community Standards (Section 15). We reserve the right to remove members who violate community standards without refund of the current billing period.
EU/UK Consumers: Community membership is a recurring subscription. At checkout, you will be asked to consent to the commencement of services during the 14-day withdrawal/cancellation period and to acknowledge the applicable cancellation terms. See Section 8 for full withdrawal waiver details.
7. Digital Products
Digital products include online courses and training materials, ebooks and digital guides, commentary edition bundles (ePUB and PDF), paid PDF guides, audio commentary tracks, video masterclass content, templates, toolkits, frameworks, checklists, and other downloadable or streaming resources as the product line expands. Current pricing for all digital products is displayed at checkout.
All Digital Product Sales Are Final
Due to the instant-delivery nature of digital products, ALL DIGITAL PRODUCT SALES ARE FINAL upon delivery or access. No refunds, exchanges, or credits will be issued after purchase, except (i) where mandatory consumer protection law in your jurisdiction provides otherwise and cannot be excluded by agreement, (ii) where the digital content is defective, materially not as described, or fails to conform to what we advertised, and (iii) as otherwise stated in our Refund Policy. This applies to all digital products sold through Wisdom Into Practice. RUSS is sold on damianmartinez.com and follows Section 7C.
Nothing in these Terms or in our Refund Policy limits any non-excludable rights you have under mandatory consumer protection laws of your jurisdiction that cannot be lawfully excluded or waived by agreement, or your right to dispute a charge you did not authorize. See the Refund Policy for complete terms, including specific provisions for consumers in the European Union, United Kingdom, Australia, Brazil, Japan, South Korea, and Canada.
Why No Refunds?
- Digital products are delivered instantly upon purchase; once delivered, they cannot be "returned"
- Access to content is granted immediately and cannot be revoked after viewing
- The intellectual property and value is transferred at the moment of delivery
Delivery and Access
Digital products are available for immediate download or access upon purchase. Depending on the product, access is delivered by email, in your account dashboard on our website, by email download link (via Cloudflare R2 presigned URL), or by gated streaming access (via Bunny.net). For gated content delivered through our magic link system, access is granted by entering the email address used at purchase, verifying against Stripe purchase records, and receiving a single-use authentication link via email. The authentication link expires after 10 minutes. Session access is time-limited to 2 to 4 hours. The authentication token is marked as used immediately on first click, preventing forwarded link access.
Technical Issues
If you experience a technical issue preventing access to a purchased product, contact support@mybiblekit.com and we will resolve the technical issue. A technical issue that we resolve does not constitute grounds for a refund. If we cannot resolve the issue or restore your access within a reasonable time, a full refund will be issued.
License and Usage Rights
Purchase grants a personal, non-transferable, non-commercial, non-sublicensable license to access and use the purchased content, except that courses may also be applied in your own business as described in Section 7B. You may not share, redistribute, resell, upload to any platform, publicly display, publish, or create derivative works from purchased digital products. Any other commercial use of the materials themselves, or any redistribution, requires a separate licensing agreement. Violation of usage rights will result in account termination and license revocation, without refund. If a refund is issued for any digital product, the license granted terminates immediately and you must delete all copies and cease all access.
7A. Digital Download Terms
Download Delivery and Access
Downloadable digital products delivered by email download link (including but not limited to wallpaper quote packs, study guides, templates, frameworks, checklists, and other downloadable resources) are delivered via email to the address used at purchase. Download links are generated through Cloudflare R2 presigned URLs and are active for 72 hours from the time of delivery. Each download link may be used up to 3 times during that window. After expiration or exhaustion of download attempts, contact us for re-delivery. We honor reasonable re-delivery requests at no additional charge.
Personal Use License for Downloaded Files
Downloaded files are licensed for personal use on your own devices. You may install wallpapers, backgrounds, and images on multiple personal devices (phone, tablet, computer, lock screen) for your own personal use. You may print study guides, PDF resources, and reference materials for your own personal reference. You may resize or crop images as needed to fit your personal device screens.
You may NOT: share download links or forward delivery emails to any other person; upload downloaded files to any public or shared platform, website, cloud drive with public access, or social media account; redistribute, resell, sublicense, or give away downloaded files in any form; use downloaded files in any commercial project, product, or service; or incorporate downloaded content into any work intended for sale or public distribution. (Courses are covered by Section 7B.)
Violation of these license terms will result in immediate license revocation and may result in legal action. No refund is issued upon revocation for license violations.
File Formats and Compatibility
Digital products are provided in the format(s) listed on the product page at the time of purchase. We do not guarantee compatibility with every device, operating system, screen resolution, or software application. If you experience a compatibility issue, contact us and we will assist with troubleshooting or provide an alternative format where one is available. Compatibility issues with your specific device or software are not considered product defects and are not grounds for a refund.
Product Versions and Updates
Purchases grant access to the version of the product available at the time of purchase. Updated editions, expanded packs, additional designs, and new versions are separate products and are not included in prior purchases unless we expressly state otherwise on the product page. If we release a corrected version to fix an error in the original (such as a typo in a study guide or a corrupted file in a wallpaper pack), the corrected version will be provided to original purchasers at no additional charge.
Third-Party Licensed Imagery
Certain digital products (including wallpaper quote packs and other visual products) incorporate background photography licensed from third-party royalty-free sources (such as Pexels, Unsplash, Pixabay, and similar platforms) under their respective license terms. These photographs are used as components within new creative works that include original text, typography, design, curation, and compilation by EntrepreNEW, Inc. The design, text selection, quote curation, typography, layout, compilation, and thematic organization of these products are original works owned by EntrepreNEW, Inc. and are protected by copyright. The underlying photographs remain the property of their respective creators and are used under license. We do not claim ownership of or exclusive rights to any third-party photography used in our products. If a rights holder identifies content requiring removal, we will promptly replace the affected imagery and provide updated files to purchasers at no charge.
7B. Courses and the Complete Bundle
Our courses (including From Prompt to Product and Advanced AI Builder System) and the Complete Bundle of both are self-paced digital products, including their learning materials. They do not include calls, private sessions, or Make Your Next Moves. Course purchases are digital product sales and are final as described in Section 7 and our Refund Policy.
Applying What You Learn
Digital products are licensed to you individually for your personal use and, for courses, for applying what you learn in your own business. You may apply what you learn from our courses, and use the frameworks, prompts, and templates they teach, in building and operating your own business. This does not permit you to resell, redistribute, share, sublicense, or publish the course materials themselves (including videos, lessons, template files, and prompt collections), or to share your access with anyone else.
7C. RUSS (Sold on DamianMartinez.com)
Wisdom Into Practice may describe and link to RUSS, an AI business guide (RUSS stands for Review, Understand, Strategize, Solve) offered by EntrepreNEW, Inc. through damianmartinez.com. RUSS purchases (RUSS Access, $27 one time, including 100 credits, and optional refills of $5 for 100 credits or $20 for 500 credits), sign-in, credit balances, saved conversations and PDFs are handled by the RUSS application on damianmartinez.com. Wisdom Into Practice does not sell RUSS, take payment for it, or hold RUSS accounts, and RUSS is not sold through the Wisdom Into Practice store or checkout. Following a link from this website does not create a second RUSS agreement or a separate charge, and RUSS has no subscription. Check the merchant (EntrepreNEW, Inc.) and the price shown at checkout before you pay.
If you follow a link from this website to buy or use RUSS, the RUSS sections of the damianmartinez.com Terms of Service, Privacy Policy and Refund Policy govern that purchase and your use of RUSS. These Terms continue to govern the products and services sold on Wisdom Into Practice. RUSS provides AI-generated educational business planning. It is not individual professional advice and does not guarantee business results.
7D. Bible Study Studio and MyBibleKit.com
Bible Study Studio makes personalized Bible study kits and is offered on wisdomintopractice.com/study/ and MyBibleKit.com. Both websites are operated by EntrepreNEW, Inc. as part of Wisdom Into Practice. Your account, purchases, studies, membership and credits are the same on both websites, and these Terms apply on both.
Kits
A Deep Study Kit ($9.97, one time) and a Leader's Study Kit ($19.97, one time) are made for the passage, topic or Bible word and the settings you choose (who the study is for, depth and, for a Leader's Study Kit, meeting length). The free study preview is generated from our Bible library without charge. Bible Study Studio sales are final and there are no refunds; if something is wrong with your study, tell us within 14 days and we will redo your kit for free or reissue a credit (Section 3B of the Refund Policy).
Membership and recurring billing
The Bible Study Studio Membership costs $29.97 per month. By starting it, you authorize us (through Stripe) to charge your payment method every month until you cancel. After each successful monthly payment, 4 study credits are added to your account. While your membership is active you may buy extra credits at $7.97 each in packs of 1, 2 or 4, and kits at member prices ($7.97 Deep Study Kit, $15.97 Leader's Study Kit). You can cancel at any time in My Studies under Manage membership; cancelling stops future charges and future credits.
The Bible Study Studio Annual Membership costs $299.97 per year. By starting it, you authorize us (through Stripe) to charge your payment method once a year until you cancel. After each successful yearly payment, 48 study credits are added to your account at once. Annual members get the same member prices and may buy extra credits the same way. You can cancel at any time in My Studies under Manage membership; cancelling stops the next yearly charge, and your membership stays active until the end of the year you paid for. Annual payments are not refunded, in full or in part.
Credits
1 credit makes 1 Deep Study Kit and 2 credits make 1 Leader's Study Kit. Credits never expire while your membership is active. When your membership ends, unused credits expire 30 days after the date it ends, unless you restart within those 30 days. Credits have no cash value, belong only to your account, and cannot be transferred, sold or shared. A failed payment adds no credits, and a payment reversed by your bank removes only the unused credits it added. Credits are non-transferable. We may change membership prices or credit rules for future billing periods with advance notice; credits you already have are honored under the rules in effect when you received them.
License
Kits are licensed for your personal, non-commercial Bible study. A Leader's Study Kit may also be used with one group that you lead; its private group link and QR code share the group's participant pages only, and leader notes stay private. You may print copies for that group. You may not resell, republish or distribute kits beyond that group. We may turn off a group link that is being shared publicly.
How studies are made
AI helps organize and write each study. The Bible research comes from the Wisdom Into Practice Bible library (the Berean Standard Bible, Wisdom Into Practice commentary and word studies) and trusted public-domain reference works; where our library has a gap, cited research from reputable sources may be used and is credited in the kit. Quotations and references are checked against that library before delivery. Studies are teaching resources, not professional counseling, and Section 16 applies.
Acceptable use
Do not use Bible Study Studio to create unlawful, abusive or misleading content, to scrape or resell our research, or to get around rate limits, payment or account checks. We may suspend accounts that do.
8. Digital Content: Immediate Performance and Waiver of Right of Withdrawal
For Customers in the European Union
Our digital products (including courses, ePUB/PDF commentary bundles, paid PDF guides, audio commentary tracks delivered by streaming, and video masterclass content delivered by streaming) are digital content not supplied on a tangible medium within the meaning of Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU (the Consumer Rights Directive), as amended by Directive (EU) 2019/2161.
Under Article 9 of the Consumer Rights Directive, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from distance contracts. However, under Article 16(m), this right is lost where:
- You have given your prior express consent for performance to begin before the 14-day withdrawal period expires;
- You have expressly acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal; and
- We have provided confirmation of your consent and acknowledgment on a durable medium (order confirmation email) in accordance with Article 8(7).
Where the checkout for your purchase asks for this express consent and acknowledgment, it does so via an active, unticked checkbox. This is a separate action from accepting the general Terms of Service. If you do not provide this consent, we will not deliver the digital content until the 14-day withdrawal period has expired. Where the checkout for your purchase does not ask for this consent, you keep your full 14-day statutory withdrawal right; to exercise it, contact us within 14 days of purchase.
This waiver applies equally to downloadable content (from the moment your download link is issued and first used) and to streaming content (from the moment streaming access begins). This waiver applies to every digital item in a bundled or multi-item order that is delivered or made accessible immediately, including any add-on or one-time offer purchased in the same checkout.
This waiver does not affect your rights where the digital content is faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose. Those rights, including rights under the EU Digital Content Directive (EU) 2019/770, cannot be waived.
For Customers in the United Kingdom
Under Regulation 37 of the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have a statutory 14-day right to cancel. This right is lost once supply of digital content begins after you have given express consent and acknowledged the loss of the cancellation right. The same checkout consent mechanism described above satisfies the requirements of both EU and UK law simultaneously. Your quality rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, as described) are not affected by this waiver and cannot be excluded.
Durable Medium Confirmation
Where you give this consent, upon completion of your purchase we will send you an order confirmation email that repeats your express consent and acknowledgment that you have lost your right of withdrawal/cancellation. This email constitutes the durable medium confirmation required by Article 8(7) of Directive 2011/83/EU and Regulation 16(3) of the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
9. Coaching, Consulting, and Intensives
Coaching sessions, consulting sessions, and intensives are delivered by live video on a platform such as Google Meet or Zoom. Pricing is displayed at checkout. Section 9A applies to Make Your Next Moves and controls where it differs from this Section 9. The Scheduling and Cancellation and Session Terms below apply to all coaching and consulting sessions, including Make Your Next Moves sessions, except that the 60-day rule in Section 9A replaces the 90-day scheduling rule for Make Your Next Moves. Refunds for Make Your Next Moves are governed by our Refund Policy.
Retired Consulting Calls
Single consulting sessions and strategy calls (the 45-Minute Strategy Call, the 1 Hour Consulting Call, and the 30-Minute Consulting Call) were retired on October 15, 2026 and are no longer sold. ALL SINGLE CONSULTING SESSION AND STRATEGY CALL PURCHASES ARE FINAL. No refunds, exchanges, or credits will be issued for booked consulting sessions or strategy calls, whether the session is attended, missed, or canceled by you, except where required by law. By purchasing a consulting session, you acknowledged that the time slot is reserved exclusively for you and cannot be resold. This continues to apply to any such call purchased before October 15, 2026.
3-Day Intensives
Delivered over three consecutive sessions. Cancellation accepted up to 48 hours before the first scheduled session for a full refund. No refund after the first session begins. You may reschedule remaining sessions within 30 days.
Coaching and Consulting Sessions
Scheduled sessions delivered as agreed. Except for the retired calls above, cancellation is accepted up to 48 hours before the scheduled session for a full refund of that session. No refund for completed sessions. Missed sessions without 48-hour notice are forfeited. Coaching fees may be credited toward a 30-Day Cohort program at our discretion. For Make Your Next Moves, the refund, cancellation, and expiration rules in Section 9A and the Refund Policy, Section 11A apply instead of the per-session refund rule in this paragraph.
Scheduling and Cancellation
- Sessions must be scheduled within 90 days of purchase unless otherwise stated
- You may reschedule a session with at least 48 hours' notice before the scheduled time
- Sessions canceled with less than 48 hours' notice, or no-shows, are forfeited without refund or reschedule
- We reserve the right to reschedule sessions due to emergencies or unavoidable conflicts, in which case a replacement time will be offered
Session Terms
- Coaching and consulting sessions are educational in nature and do not constitute professional advice
- Recording of sessions is prohibited without prior written consent from both parties. For Make Your Next Moves, that written consent is given in the signed coaching agreement, and every session is recorded and transcribed as described in Section 9A
- Session content is confidential and may not be redistributed or published
- We reserve the right to refuse or terminate a session if the participant is abusive, disruptive, or violates these Terms
Rescheduling vs. Refund
If you need to change your session time, you may reschedule with 48+ hours' notice at no penalty. However, rescheduling is not the same as a refund. You are rescheduling the session you already purchased, not requesting your money back. Purchased sessions that are not scheduled within 90 days of purchase expire without refund. For Make Your Next Moves, the 60-day rule in Section 9A applies instead.
Educational Nature
All coaching, consulting, and intensive services are educational in nature. See Section 2 (No Professional Relationship Established) for the full scope of this limitation. Our coaching and consulting services do not constitute therapy, medical or mental health treatment, financial or investment advice, legal advice, tax advice, or any other professional service.
EU/UK Consumers: Services Withdrawal
Coaching and consulting services fall under Article 16(a) of Directive 2011/83/EU (services, as distinct from digital content). At checkout, you will be asked to request that services begin during the 14-day withdrawal period and to acknowledge that if the service is fully performed during the withdrawal period, you lose your right of withdrawal. If you withdraw before the service is fully performed, you may be liable for the proportionate value of services already provided up to the point of withdrawal, as permitted by Article 14(3) of the Directive and Regulation 35(5) of the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
9A. Make Your Next Moves
What Make Your Next Moves Is
Make Your Next Moves is a private, one-on-one 30-day coaching engagement with Damian Martinez, sold by EntrepreNEW, Inc. at the price shown on the offer page and at checkout. It includes four private sessions by live video, each 60 minutes, with the flexibility to extend up to 75 minutes when needed. Between sessions, you can email updates, questions, links, documents, or anything you want us to address next time. Our main working time is during the four scheduled sessions.
Make Your Next Moves is a working collaboration: hands-on business work done together. You run your business and put the decisions we make into action between sessions. It is not a done-for-you service, we do not take over as your agency, and we do not follow a preset course. If deeper implementation work makes sense afterward, it can be discussed separately as a custom project (Section 9B), with no obligation to continue. No specific revenue or financial result is guaranteed (see Section 2).
How It Starts
- At checkout, you check the required box "I agree to the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Refund Policy." (see Section 12).
- After checkout, you complete a private intake about your business.
- Before your first session, you review and electronically sign our short coaching agreement. Booking your first session is available once the agreement is signed.
- Sessions 2, 3, and 4 are each booked together at the end of the session before.
- The 30-day engagement starts when your first session begins, which is usually within a week of purchase.
- All four sessions must be used within 60 days of purchase. You may reschedule within that 60-day window, and any session not used by the end of the 60 days expires without refund.
- You may cancel for a full refund at any time before your first session begins. Once your first session has begun, the purchase is final, subject to any mandatory statutory rights that cannot be waived (see the Refund Policy, Section 11A).
Coaching Agreement (Electronic Signature Required)
Before any session is held or recorded, every Make Your Next Moves client must review and electronically sign our coaching agreement. Booking is not available until the agreement is signed. Clients whose engagement began before the agreement was introduced sign it before their next session.
- The agreement shows its full text and version before you sign, and it incorporates these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund Policy by link, identifying the version of each.
- You sign by typing your full legal name and confirming that you intend to sign electronically. You agree that your electronic signature has the same effect as a handwritten signature.
- We keep the signed agreement and a record of the signing (your name and email, the date and time of signing, your browser's time zone, the agreement version, the order it relates to, a cryptographic hash of the signed document, and non-reversible fingerprints of the IP address and browser used to sign) as contract records. A copy of your signed agreement is sent to you by email, and you can view and download it from your private booking page.
- The agreement does not add to or change the refund and cancellation rules in our Refund Policy.
Session Recording and Transcripts
Recording and transcription are a required part of Make Your Next Moves and are stated on the offer page before you buy. Every session is recorded (audio and video) and a written transcript is created, so that you have a record of our work and we can prepare for what comes next. If you do not want your sessions recorded and transcribed, please do not purchase Make Your Next Moves.
- Tools: Sessions are held on a video meeting platform such as Google Meet or Zoom, and are recorded and transcribed using that platform's recording and transcription features. Recordings and transcripts are stored securely in our business accounts. Transcripts are produced by automated speech-to-text and may contain errors.
- Your copy: We send you a copy of the recording and transcript after each session.
- Consent of everyone present: By signing the coaching agreement, you and Damian Martinez each consent to the recording and transcription of your sessions. Anyone else who attends a session must consent before they are recorded. We give notice at the start of each session that it is being recorded. Recording laws differ by location, and some require the consent of every participant. If an attendee does not consent, we will not record them and will resolve consent before continuing.
- Retention: Recordings and transcripts are kept as part of your coaching record. They are not automatically deleted after a set period. Our Privacy Policy, Section 5A explains how to request access or deletion.
- Access: Recordings and transcripts are available to you, to Damian Martinez, and to EntrepreNEW, Inc. personnel and service providers only as needed to deliver and support your coaching, and are shared with you through private, access-controlled links. They are not posted on public pages.
- Confidentiality: What you share with us stays confidential. We use your recordings, transcripts, intake answers, and the materials you share only to deliver and support your coaching, to keep records of our services, and as required by law.
- Marketing clips: Damian may use short clips of his own portion of a session in his marketing, showing only himself and nothing that identifies you or your business. Anything that shows or identifies you or your business, including quotes, images, or testimonials, is never used publicly without your separate written permission.
Our Privacy Policy explains how this information is handled and how to request access to it or deletion of it.
9B. Custom Projects
Custom projects, such as websites, lead generation systems, automations, and other done-for-you work, are separate from our courses and from Make Your Next Moves. Buying a course or Make Your Next Moves does not include a custom project. Each custom project is scoped and priced in writing before work starts. The written scope for a project sets out its deliverables, price, payment schedule, timeline, and any project-specific terms, including ownership of deliverables and refund terms, and it controls for that project where it differs from these Terms.
10. 30-Day Cohort
The cohort is a structured 30-day group program, offered when list size and demand warrant it, not on a fixed calendar. Current pricing is displayed at enrollment.
Before start: Full refund if canceled at least 7 days before the cohort start date.
After start: Non-refundable once the program begins. No exceptions.
Emergency transfer: If a genuine emergency prevents participation (documented medical, family, or legal emergency), you may transfer to the next available cohort. One transfer per enrollment. No cash refund alternative.
Coaching credits: Prior coaching payments may be applied toward cohort enrollment at our discretion. Credits are non-refundable once applied.
11. Books (Amazon KDP)
Printed commentary editions, Kindle editions, application journals, and collection editions are sold through Amazon KDP with our own ISBNs under the Amado Media Group imprint. All book purchases, returns, and customer service are handled by Amazon per their policies. We do not process returns, exchanges, or refunds for Amazon purchases. Contact Amazon customer service for any book return or refund.
12. Payment Terms
- All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Card details are entered with Stripe and are not stored by us
- The seller for all purchases on this website is EntrepreNEW, Inc.
- Prices are stated and charged in United States Dollars (USD)
- Sales tax and other applicable taxes are collected where required by applicable law and are shown at checkout based on your jurisdiction
- Payment is required in full at the time of purchase, except for subscriptions, which are billed each period
- You authorize recurring charges for subscription services (community membership). Failed payments may result in service interruption
- We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time with notice.
- Courses are purchased through the checkout on our website, and Make Your Next Moves and shop orders through a secure Stripe Checkout page
Charges appear as "ENTREPRENEW INC" or "WISDOMINTOPRACTICE" on your bank or credit card statement. If you have a concern about a charge or do not recognize it, please contact us at support@mybiblekit.com before disputing it with your bank or card issuer. This does not limit your right to dispute a charge you did not authorize.
Checkout Consent
By checking the applicable consent checkbox(es) during checkout and completing your purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund Policy in their entirety, including the refund terms that apply to your purchase, our digital content withdrawal waiver (where applicable), and our payment dispute procedures. Where the checkout uses the required checkbox "I agree to the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Refund Policy.", we record on our server the exact text you agreed to, the version of each document, and the date and time of your agreement. Agreeing at checkout is not a request to receive marketing email.
For Make Your Next Moves, checkout uses a single required checkbox: "I agree to the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Refund Policy." Signing the coaching agreement after checkout is a separate required step (Section 9A).
For orders shipped outside the United States, your consent also covers Section 20A (Physical Products, International Shipping & Import Charges) and Sections 14B and 14C of the Refund Policy (Shipping & Returns).
Evidence Logging
By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that we record delivery and access data, including transaction timestamps, your IP address, device and browser information, email delivery confirmations, your checkout consent text and timestamp, and product delivery and access logs. This documentation may be submitted to payment networks and processors to respond to payment disputes. See Section 22 (Payment Disputes and Chargebacks) for full details.
13. Intellectual Property
Our Content
All content, products, and materials on the website, including but not limited to text, video, audio, graphics, logos, images, software, guides, courses, templates, frameworks, commentary, analysis, application content, and design, are the exclusive property of Damian Martinez, EntrepreNEW, Inc., or their licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Public domain book text remains in the public domain; all commentary, analysis, Scripture integration, and application content is original copyrighted work owned by EntrepreNEW, Inc.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content without written permission. Brief quotations with attribution for review or commentary purposes are permitted under fair use.
Certain products incorporate imagery licensed from third-party royalty-free sources under their respective terms. Background photography in visual products (such as wallpaper quote packs) is licensed, not owned, by EntrepreNEW, Inc. Our copyright claim covers the design, text, curation, typography, and compilation. See Section 7A (Third-Party Licensed Imagery) for full details.
Your License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use our Services and purchased products for personal use and, for courses, for applying what you learn in your own business as described in Section 7B. This license does not include:
- Resale, redistribution, or commercial use of any content or products (other than applying what you learn in your own business as described in Section 7B)
- Modification, adaptation, or creation of derivative works (other than adapting course templates and prompts for use in your own business)
- Downloading or copying content for another party's benefit
- Use of data mining, scraping, robots, or similar automated collection tools
- Sharing account credentials or purchased product access with others
Your Content
You retain ownership of content you submit to us (such as questions before coaching or consulting sessions, coaching intake answers, contact form messages, or photographs and wording you supply for a personalized product). By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display such content for the purpose of operating and improving our Services and, for personalized products, to produce and deliver your order. For coaching clients, this license covers your intake answers, the materials you share, and your session recordings and transcripts only for delivering and supporting your coaching and keeping records of our services; we do not publish them without your separate written permission (see Section 9A).
14. User Conduct
You agree not to: use the Services for any unlawful purpose; impersonate any person or entity; upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful software; attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system, network, or account; scrape, harvest, or collect data from the Site using automated tools; interfere with or disrupt the Services or their infrastructure; use automated tools (bots, spiders, scrapers) to access the Services without written permission; circumvent or attempt to circumvent any access controls, authentication mechanisms, or security measures; or share, transfer, or resell access to purchased content.
15. Community Standards
Our communities are spaces for readers, thinkers, and builders committed to applying what they learn. Members agree to:
- Engage respectfully. Disagreement is welcome; personal attacks are not.
- Stay on topic. Discussions center on the books, the content, and practical application.
- No spam, self-promotion, or solicitation without permission.
- No sharing of paid content (extended breakdowns, community resources) outside the community.
- No hate speech, discrimination, or harassment of any kind.
- No illegal activity, incitement to violence, or content that violates applicable law.
Violations may result in warning, temporary suspension, or permanent removal without refund of the current billing period.
16. Content Disclaimer
Our content is educational and informational. It is not professional financial, legal, medical, therapeutic, or psychological advice. Content reflects the host's personal commentary, experience, and interpretation of classic books, Scripture, and business practice. You are responsible for your own decisions, actions, and outcomes based on the content. Results vary. Past results do not guarantee future outcomes. Our content and products may contain errors, omissions, or outdated information.
Faith-based content: Content published under the Wisdom Into Practice name is openly Christian, and faith-based perspectives are integrated throughout it. It includes references to Scripture alongside business and wisdom literature. By using those Services, you acknowledge and accept this perspective. This integration is a feature of the content, not an incidental element.
AI guide: Where the website offers our AI guide, its replies are generated automatically by an AI model, may contain errors, and are educational information only, not professional advice. Check product details, prices, and policies on the product page, at checkout, and in these Terms before you rely on them.
17. Limitation of Liability
OUR SERVICES, PRODUCTS, AND CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ACCURACY OR COMPLETENESS OF INFORMATION.
Limitation of Damages
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ENTREPRENEW, INC., DAMIAN MARTINEZ, AND ENTREPRENEW, INC.'S OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY:

Specific Exclusions
We are not liable for:
- Your business outcomes, income results, or financial performance
- Decisions made without appropriate licensed professional counsel
- Implementation failures or misapplication of strategies discussed
- Market conditions, economic changes, or competitive dynamics
- Technical issues with third-party platforms (such as Google Meet, Zoom, Google Workspace, Stripe, email providers, video hosting, and the other providers listed in Section 21)
- Errors, omissions, or outdated information in our content or products
Assumption of Risk
You assume all risk associated with using our Services for business, financial, or personal decisions. Neither EntrepreNEW, Inc. nor Damian Martinez is responsible for your actions, implementations, decisions, outcomes, or results. Always consult with qualified, licensed professionals before making significant business, legal, tax, or financial decisions.
NOTHING IN THESE TERMS EXCLUDES OR LIMITS LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE EXCLUDED OR LIMITED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, INCLUDING LIABILITY FOR DEATH OR PERSONAL INJURY CAUSED BY NEGLIGENCE, FOR FRAUD OR FRAUDULENT MISREPRESENTATION, OR ANY OTHER LIABILITY THAT MANDATORY LAW DOES NOT ALLOW TO BE EXCLUDED.
18. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless EntrepreNEW, Inc., Damian Martinez, and EntrepreNEW, Inc.'s officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to: your use of the Services; your violation of these Terms; your violation of any third-party rights; your negligence or willful misconduct; any content you submit to us; or any business, financial, legal, health, or personal decisions you make based on our educational content.
19. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
Governing Law: These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Nothing in this clause deprives you of the protection of the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of habitual residence where those laws apply and cannot be excluded or varied by agreement. For consumers in the European Union, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, Brazil, Japan, South Korea, and all other jurisdictions, your local mandatory consumer rights continue to apply to the extent they cannot be contractually waived.
Contact Us First
Before filing any formal legal action, you agree to contact us at support@mybiblekit.com to attempt informal resolution. Many disputes can be resolved quickly through direct communication. We acknowledge disputes within 2 business days and provide resolution within 10 business days. You agree to allow 30 days for informal resolution before pursuing formal remedies.
Binding Arbitration
BY USING OUR SERVICES, YOU AGREE THAT ANY DISPUTE ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR OUR SERVICES SHALL BE RESOLVED BY BINDING ARBITRATION rather than in court, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in court for intellectual property violations. Arbitration shall be conducted by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules in Palm Beach County, Florida, or another mutually agreed location. Each party bears its own costs.
Class Action Waiver
YOU AGREE TO RESOLVE DISPUTES WITH US ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS ONLY. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit, class arbitration, or any other representative or consolidated proceeding.
Venue
Any legal action not subject to arbitration shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Palm Beach County, Florida. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of these courts.
20. International Commerce
Currency, Taxes, and Fees
All prices are stated and charged in United States Dollars (USD). You are responsible for any currency conversion fees, foreign transaction fees, and any value-added tax (VAT), goods and services tax (GST), consumption tax, customs duties, or other taxes, duties, or governmental charges applicable in your jurisdiction, except where we are required by law to collect them, in which case they will be displayed at checkout.
Digital Delivery
We supply digital products and services electronically (email delivery links, account access, gated streaming access, video conferencing, and third-party community platforms). Physical products sold in our shop are made to order and shipped by our fulfillment partner under Section 20A. Printed and Kindle editions of books are sold and fulfilled by Amazon (KDP) under Amazon's terms, and Amazon handles all returns and refunds for those items.
Sanctions and Export Controls
You represent that you are not located in, and are not a national or resident of, any country or territory subject to comprehensive United States economic sanctions (including, without limitation, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, and the Crimea, Donetsk, and Luhansk regions of Ukraine), and that you are not designated on any U.S. government restricted-party list, including the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons List, the Bureau of Industry and Security Entity List, or any other applicable restricted-party list. You may not access or use our products or services in violation of U.S. export control or sanctions laws. We may decline, suspend, or terminate access where reasonably necessary to comply with applicable sanctions or export control laws.
20A. Physical Products, International Shipping & Import Charges
Made to Order
Physical products are produced after you order and are shipped by our fulfillment partner and its carriers. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Shipping, delivery, and returns are governed by the Shipping & Returns sections of our Refund Policy, which form part of these Terms.
Importer and Import Charges
For any order shipped outside the United States, you are the importer of the goods and are solely responsible for all import duties, customs fees, brokerage and clearance fees, VAT, GST, and other taxes or governmental charges imposed by the destination country, and for any requirement to clear the parcel through customs. These charges are not included in our prices or shipping charges. We do not calculate, collect, prepay, or refund them, except where the law requires us to collect a tax at checkout, in which case it is shown before you pay.
Refused, Unclaimed, and Undeliverable Parcels
No refund, partial refund, or replacement is owed for a parcel that is refused, not collected, abandoned at customs, returned because import charges were not paid, or undeliverable because of an incorrect or incomplete address you provided. Any return, storage, or reshipping charge in those cases is your responsibility.
Import Restrictions
You are responsible for confirming that the products you order may lawfully be imported into your country. We are not liable for a parcel refused, delayed, or seized by customs under the laws of the destination country.
Acknowledgment at Checkout
By completing a purchase for delivery outside the United States, you acknowledge the import charges notice displayed on the shop, in the cart, and at checkout, and you agree to this Section 20A.
Mandatory Rights
This section does not exclude or limit any right you have under mandatory consumer protection law in your country that cannot be excluded or limited by agreement.
21. Third-Party Services
The Services integrate with and depend on third-party platforms and service providers, including: Stripe (payment processing), Meta Platforms/Facebook/Instagram (advertising pixel and Conversions API), Google (Analytics GA4, Google Calendar, Google Meet, Google Workspace, and Google Fonts), Zoom (video sessions), Cloudflare (CDN, DNS, security, and R2 object storage), Bunny.net (audio and video streaming), Twilio (SMS notifications for coaching session reminders), and YouTube (free video hosting, and YouTube API Services used by the internal application described in Section 32). On this website we also use: Mailtrap (email delivery and magic link authentication), Google Tag Manager and reCAPTCHA (tag management and spam prevention), Pinterest (advertising tag and Conversions API), ElevenLabs (audio content production), Skool (community platform hosting for paid membership), Printify and its print partners and shipping carriers (production and delivery of physical products), OpenAI (our AI guide), Amazon KDP (book sales and fulfillment), UpdraftPlus (website backups), and Vultr and SpinupWP (server hosting and management). We are not responsible for the availability, performance, terms of service, privacy practices, or policies of any third-party platform or service provider. Your use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms.
22. Payment Disputes and Chargebacks
Contact Us Before Disputing a Charge
If you have any concern about a charge, you agree to contact us at support@mybiblekit.com before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or credit card issuer. Please provide your name, the email address used at purchase, the specific charge, the reason for your concern, and any relevant documentation. Most issues, including access problems, duplicate charges, and delivery questions, are resolved within 2 business days. We ask that you allow a minimum of 10 business days for resolution before filing any dispute with your financial institution.
Evidence and Documentation We Maintain
By purchasing, you acknowledge that for every transaction we record and retain the following documentation, where it applies to your purchase, which we may submit to payment networks (Visa, Mastercard), processors (Stripe), and your financial institution in response to any payment dispute:
- Purchase confirmation and payment authorization records (Stripe PaymentIntent, including AVS and CVV verification results)
- The exact text and version of your checkout consent and refund policy acknowledgment, with the timestamp and IP address at which it was provided
- Device and browser information (user agent, device fingerprint) captured at the time of purchase
- Course account and access records
- Product delivery records, including download link issuance timestamps, presigned URL activation timestamps, and IP addresses
- Streaming access records, including magic link issuance, token activation timestamps, session cookie grant records, and streaming access event logs
- Email delivery confirmations (delivery receipts from our email provider confirming successful delivery to your inbox)
- Community access logs and engagement records (Skool)
- Coaching and consulting session scheduling, calendar confirmations, and video platform attendance records (join/leave timestamps, session duration) where the platform provides them
- For Make Your Next Moves, your signed coaching agreement and its signing record, booking confirmations, and the dates sessions were held
- All email correspondence between you and us
Physical Product Records
For physical products, the documentation we retain and may submit also includes: the order record and the shipping address you entered; production and shipment records from our fulfillment partner; carrier tracking numbers, tracking history, delivery scans, and delivery confirmation; customs hold, refusal, non-collection, and return events reported by the carrier; shipping and tracking email delivery receipts; and the import charges notice and your checkout acknowledgment of it.
Charges and Events Outside Our Control
You agree that the following are not valid grounds for a payment dispute and that we will contest any dispute based on them: import duties, customs fees, taxes, VAT, GST, or brokerage fees charged by your country or carrier; currency conversion or foreign transaction fees charged by your bank or card issuer; a parcel you refused, did not collect, or abandoned at customs; a parcel returned or undeliverable because of an incorrect or incomplete address you provided; delivery delays caused by customs processing; and a parcel that carrier tracking shows was delivered to the address you provided. Filing a dispute on these grounds is a breach of these Terms, and this Section 22's reimbursement of dispute fees applies.
Consequences of Filing a Chargeback Without Contacting Us
Filing a chargeback for a transaction you authorized and received, without first contacting us, constitutes a breach of these Terms. We reserve the right to: contest the dispute with the evidence described above; immediately revoke all licenses and access to purchased digital content, including courses and gated streaming pages; remove you from the community; cancel any scheduled coaching or consulting sessions; and decline future service. If we incur fees, penalties, or administrative costs from a chargeback that is resolved in our favor or that was filed without prior contact, you agree to reimburse those costs. This clause does not limit your mandatory statutory rights, your right to dispute genuinely unauthorized transactions, or your right to seek a remedy where the product is defective or not as described.
23. Force Majeure
We are not liable for any delay or failure in performance (other than payment obligations) caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, epidemics, war, terrorism, civil unrest, labor disputes, government actions, power failures, internet outages, cyberattacks, or failures of third-party platforms and service providers (including any provider listed in Section 21).
24. Assignment
You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations to any affiliate, successor entity, or acquirer of our business (including in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of substantially all assets) upon notice to you, provided your rights are not materially reduced by such assignment.
25. Modifications
We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the website or email to the address associated with your account. Continued use of our Services after notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, your sole remedy is to stop using our Services. Existing purchases are governed by the Terms in effect at the time of purchase.
26. Severability and Waiver
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
Waiver: Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision.
27. Survival
Sections that by their nature should survive termination or expiration of these Terms will survive, including but not limited to: No Professional Relationship (Section 2), Intellectual Property (Section 13), Content Disclaimer (Section 16), Limitation of Liability (Section 17), Indemnification (Section 18), Governing Law and Dispute Resolution (Section 19), Payment Disputes and Chargebacks (Section 22), and this Survival clause.
28. Order of Precedence
These Terms of Service, together with the Privacy Policy and the Refund Policy, form the complete legal framework governing your use of the Services. If there is a conflict between these documents, the Terms of Service govern, except where the Privacy Policy addresses data protection and privacy matters (in which case the Privacy Policy controls for those matters) or where the Refund Policy addresses refund-specific terms (in which case the Refund Policy controls for those matters).
29. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, the Refund Policy, and, where they apply, your signed Make Your Next Moves coaching agreement and the written scope for a custom project, constitute the entire agreement between you and EntrepreNEW, Inc. and Damian Martinez regarding your use of the Services, and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and communications on this subject. The signed coaching agreement (Section 9A) incorporates these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Refund Policy and does not change the refund and cancellation rules in the Refund Policy.

31. SMS and Text Messaging Terms
31.1 Purpose of SMS Messages
Wisdom Into Practice, operated by EntrepreNEW, Inc., uses SMS (Short Message Service) text messaging for transactional notifications including coaching session reminders, booking confirmations, and operational alerts. Our SMS messaging is strictly transactional. We do not send marketing messages, promotional content, or recurring subscription messages via SMS.
31.2 Consent
By providing your mobile phone number when you book a session, during coaching booking, intensive registration, or cohort enrollment, you consent to receive transactional SMS notifications related to your scheduled sessions and program participation.
31.3 Message Frequency and Content
- Frequency: Message frequency varies based on scheduled sessions, typically fewer than 5 messages per week. This is not a recurring subscription or scheduled messaging program.
- Content: Messages contain session reminders, booking confirmations, schedule changes, and operational alerts only.
- No Marketing: We do not send promotional messages, advertising offers, or any type of marketing SMS communication through this program.
31.4 Message and Data Rates
Standard message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply. We are not responsible for any charges imposed by your carrier.
31.5 Opt-Out
You may opt out of receiving SMS notifications at any time by replying STOP to any message. Additional opt-out keywords include: CANCEL, END, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE. Upon receiving your opt-out request, no further messages will be sent. You may also opt out by contacting us at support@mybiblekit.com.
31.6 Help
For assistance with SMS notifications, reply HELP to any message or contact us at support@mybiblekit.com.
31.7 Third-Party SMS Service Provider
SMS notifications are delivered through Twilio, Inc., a third-party communications platform. Twilio processes message delivery on our behalf and is subject to their own privacy policy and terms of service.
31.8 No Sharing of Mobile Information
No mobile information collected as part of the SMS notification program will be shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile phone numbers are used solely for delivering transactional notifications as described in this section and our Privacy Policy.
31.9 Carrier Disclaimer
SMS message delivery is subject to your mobile carrier's network availability and coverage area. We are not responsible for messages that are delayed, lost, or undelivered due to carrier issues, technical limitations of your mobile device, or carrier filtering. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
32. WIP Video Publisher and YouTube API Services
We operate an internal application we call WIP Video Publisher. It publishes our own devotional videos to our own YouTube channel, @wisdomintopractice. This section states the terms that govern it. Section 24 of our Privacy Policy describes the same application from the privacy side.
32.1 It Is Ours, and It Is Not Offered To You
WIP Video Publisher is an internal tool. It is not a product, a service, or a feature of this website, and it is not part of the Services defined in these Terms. It is not sold, licensed, distributed, or made available to anyone outside our company. You cannot sign up for it, connect an account to it, or use it, and nothing in these Terms grants you any right or license to it.
32.2 A Single Account Authorizes It
The application is authorized by one Google account that we own, and that account owns our YouTube channel. The application acts on that channel and no other. You are never asked to connect a Google or YouTube account to anything we operate. No visitor, customer, subscriber, or newsletter reader grants it any permission. It has no access to your Google account, your YouTube account, your viewing history, or any channel other than our own.
32.3 YouTube API Services
WIP Video Publisher uses YouTube API Services. Because it does, our operation of it is governed by the YouTube Terms of Service, and we agree to be bound by them in our use of those API Services. Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. Google's handling of data is described in the Google Privacy Policy.
Those obligations are ours. Reading this website or buying from us does not make you a party to them.
32.4 The Videos Themselves
Videos the application publishes are our content, and Section 13 governs the rights in them. Watching them on YouTube is governed by YouTube's own terms rather than these Terms, because YouTube controls that platform, its player, its advertising, and its availability. Section 21 applies to YouTube as it does to our other third-party providers: we are not responsible for the availability, performance, or policies of that platform, and we cannot guarantee that any video will remain accessible there.
Our videos are teaching content. Section 16 applies to them in full.
32.5 Questions, Claims, and Takedowns
If you believe a video on our channel, or anything this application has done, is inaccurate or infringes your rights, contact us using Section 30 and we will look into it. You may also raise a copyright claim with YouTube directly through its own process, which operates independently of these Terms.
